Customer service policy
Lodge Lodge commits to provide good customer service. We try to ensure all descriptions and photos on our website are accurate unless otherwise noted.
Payments
All transactions are processed in AUD.
Credit card payments are processed securely through third party payment processors (Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay) and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective processor. Upon completion of your payment we will email you a receipt. We are not able to access your credit card details. Your booking is not confirmed until your payment has cleared.
All prices are in AUD.
Rates are subject to change.
Minimum stay
Bookings can only be made in 28-day blocks. You are welcome to leave and return at any point during your stay, but the minimum bookable duration is one month (28 days).

When purchasing from Lodge Lodge your financial details are passed through a secure server using 128-bit SSL encryption technology. If you have further questions regarding security, please contact us.

Cancellations and date changes

You are entitled to a change of date request if you cannot stay on the dates you have booked for unforeseen reasons—and only where existing bookings do not conflict with yours.
